Decision date: 17/07/13 Appeal ref 2192575.

Mr Jerome Flynn – Retention of a meditation hut, Trefacwm, Llanrhian.

Mr Anthony Rees – Removal of agricultural occupancy condition on farm dwelling in Wiston, nr Haverfordwest.

Mid Wales Housing Association – Change of use of single dwelling to 3 self contained flats in Aberystwyth.
Decision date : 12/03/12 Appeal ref : 2166870.

Client Comment: Mr Kimpton responded quickly and efficiently to our request to prepare and lodge an appeal within 2 days. We are extremely pleased with the outcome as more much needed social housing can now be provided in Aberystwyth. We will certainly use Mr Kimpton’s professional services again.

Mr & Mrs O.Thomas – Change of use to create 4 residential apartments in Tenby (Pembrokeshire Coast National Park) without requirement to provide 2 units of affordable housing.
Decision date : 30/01/12 Appeal Ref : 2162376.

Client Comment:  This decision saved our investment and project. Had the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park had their way our project would have ended up with a negative return of £91,000-00. By collating detailed data from Local Estate Agents, Council property sale records, National Park house building completion figures and undertaking an analysis of what is now a flawed LDP Planning Policy, Chris turned this whole mess around for us. We have no hesitation in recommending his professional services.

Ms. Jacki Sime – Successful appeal against Pembrokeshire Coast National Park decision to refuse a single storey glazed rear extension  at Ffynnon Faiddog, Whitesands, St Davids.
Decision date : 01/06/12 Appeal Ref : 2170030.

Client Comment: We were getting absolutely nowhere with the National Park until Chris became involved and as a result we have had a planning application for a large modern kitchen and living room approved, and a successful appeal for a glazed rear extension. Thanks to Chris, who previously won an appeal lifting a holiday occupancy condition on the property, we will now have a wonderful spacious family home in a fabulous location. We highly recommend Chris’ services, which are thoroughly professional and not at all expensive.

Mr Don Ellis – Successful appeal against Pembrokeshire Coast National Park decision to allow a retrospective conversion of a double garage to ancillary residential accommodation for a retired couple in Valley Road, Saundersfoot.
Decision Date : 14/06/12 Decision Ref: 2172041.
